All items are shipped by either UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS). Free Ground Shipping On Orders Over $99 and that are being shipped to the same single US address. All other orders under $99 and going to same address the shipping fee is $14.95. For special shipping arrangements, please contact us. NJ residents will be charged sales tax.
Orders for items that are in stock are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days or sooner of order and shipped Monday through Friday from New Jersey.
Standard ground shipping orders will arrive within 3 to 7 Business Days for orders placed Monday through Friday during business hours.

Returned items are still subject to regular shipping fees. Should the returned items affect the dollar amount of the initial sales order, shipping fees or discounts, these costs may be deducted from refund amount unless otherwise stated.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We are very excited to get your items to you as fast as we can. Average Delivery Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days or sooner of order. When orders are shipped out, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Items on back order may take longer and we will contact you to let you know. Plesase note the glass products(hummingbird feeder and suncatchers) and copper garden stakes are directly shipped from the manufacturer, therefore, allow an additional 5-7 days for delivery.
What happens if my order was damaged during shipping?
If you believe a package received from us was damaged in transit, please refuse shipment and tell the carrier that you are refusing delivery because the package is damaged. Then call or write WindChimeFun.com Customer Service email@example.com or (908-400-2349) to inform us of the situation. If you are not present at the time of delivery and cannot refuse shipment, please call Customer Service to make arrangements for a shipping insurance claim. In order to receive a refund on items damaged in shipping, you must cooperate with and provide any required information to our shipping insurance and/or shipping carrier.
Will my shipping fee be refunded if I return an item?

Your original shipping charge will only be refunded by us, for a item sent to you through our error. This refund will automatically be credited once we receive and inspect the item. Please see our returns policy for further details.
