Replacement and installation of solar mechanism inside the Sprite/Bella Blossom chime top supplied by customer. Our engineers will remove the existing mechanism and install a new mechanism inside the customer supplied Sprite, Spiral or Bella Blossom top.
Once you place your order we will send you confirmation of your order and the exact address of where to send your chime top.
The following are the steps to be taken after you place an order for the solar chime top mechanism replacement:
1. Place the chime top securely in a box and package it appropriately to prevent any damage during transit. Do not send chime rods, striker or stand.
2. Enclose a copy of your Wind Chime Fun order number/email order confirmation for the chime top mechanism replacement in your package.
3. Ship your top, using the carrier of your choice, to the specified address provided from Wind Chime Fun. (The exact address will be provided via e-mail to you once your order is placed.)
4. Please keep a record of your carrier's tracking number for future reference.
5. Upon receipt of your product, our technical team will make the necessary replacement. We aim to complete all repairs within 14 days from the date we receive your product. Should there be any delays we will contact you promptly.
6. Once the repair is completed, we will ship the product back to you at the address provided on your order and notify you via email with the tracking details.

Guaranteed! We will gladly replace or refund your full purchase price of the item excluding shipping
charges. We want you to be fully satisfied with your quality purchase. If for any reason you are not, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will do what we can to make you a satisfied customer.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number
(RMA#) and return instructions. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.
Shipping charges are non-refundable
All items to be returned must be new, unused and in original condition, purchased in the last
30 days and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required. Any item returned that is not in original condition will not be given a refund. With all returns, please include your RMA#, name, shipping address and contact numbers. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you. Please return authorized orders in its original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return
authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
If the product arrives defective, please contact us and we will send you a return shipping label, RMA# and instructions on how to return the product and will issue a replacement once the defective product is returned.

Fed Ex, USPS and UPS Ground damages must be reported to us within 24-48 hours. We will re-ship a replacement and have the damaged product picked up in a timely manner. Inspect your product immediately upon receipt. If we are not notified within 24-48 hours, no replacement can be made. The product(s) must be in the original
packaging. Failure to follow this procedure voids all future product issues and warranties. Please call us to arrange the details.
Please include a copy of your sales receipt for faster service. When we receive the item, we will credit your account promptly less applicable shipping charges and send you a copy of the refund memo.
