Wind Chime Fun LLC Limited Warranty **

**1. Warranty Coverage**

Wind Chime Fun LLC ("the Company") extends this Limited Warranty to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") of the indoor solar wind chime ("Product"). The Product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 1 year from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty is valid only if the manufacturing label, showing the date of manufacture, remains attached to the underside of the chime top.


**2. Warranty Remedies**

Should the Product manifest defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, the Company will, at its discretion:

- Repair or replace the Product (or its defective part) free of charge.


**3. Exclusions**

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear,
  • Outdoor Use
  • Damage resulting from accidents, mishandling, negligence, unauthorized repair or modifications, or improper use,
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers,
  • Damage resulting from exposure to other outside factors.

Repairs not covered by warranty will incur a repair fee and shipping costs to be paid by purchaser.


**4. Claim Process**

To claim warranty service, the purchaser must:

- Contact Wind Chime Fun Customer Service within the warranty period,

- Present a valid proof of purchase (such as a dated receipt or proof of purchase),

- Follow the Company's instructions for returning the defective Product.


**5. Limitation of Liability**

Under no circumstances shall Wind Chime Fun LLC be liable for any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages or losses, whether direct or indirect.


**6. Consumer's Legal Rights**

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.


**7. Governing Law**

This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide the application of the law of another jurisdiction.
