(RMA#) and return instructions. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.
Shipping charges are non-refundable
All items to be returned must be new, unused and in original condition, purchased in the last
30 days and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required. Any item returned that is not in original condition will not be given a refund. With all returns, please include your RMA#, name, shipping address and contact numbers. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you. Please return authorized orders in its original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return
authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
If the product arrives defective, please contact us and we will send you a return shipping label, RMA# and instructions on how to return the product and will issue a replacement once the defective product is returned.

Fed Ex, USPS and UPS Ground damages must be reported to us within 24-48 hours. We will re-ship a replacement and have the damaged product picked up in a timely manner. Inspect your product immediately upon receipt. If we are not notified within 24-48 hours, no replacement can be made. The product(s) must be in the original
packaging. Failure to follow this procedure voids all future product issues and warranties. Please call us to arrange the details.

I have one by a window and it softly chimes into the evening. Would not be without it. Just bought one for a friend, she is now addicted to her windchime.
I found one of these chimes while visiting Sedona, Az in 2007. Set it up as soon as we returned home. It has been bringing me a sweet, calming vibe everyday since then! I was ecstatic when I saw them on this site! I wanted to be sure I will never be w/o one! My first one is 18 yrs & still going strong, makes me happy!
Lovely solar indoor wind chime! It has soft and tranquil sounds. I was also glad that the chime does not run for a real long time. This was given as a gift. They were super thrilled. I also had great customer service!!! I'm a super happy shopper.
I discovered this chime at an AirBnB that I stayed at. They had it outside in the garden by the chair I sat in, and the chimes sounded magical, so light and airy and not annoying in any way. I searched online until I found this company so I could have my own chimes. They're not inexpensive but really are worth it if you are a lover of chimes! Oh, the chimes I received had instructions to not keep them outside, fyi.
